A Storekeeper – Stock Manager (spare parts) (M / F)
Justifying a convincing and successful experience, you demonstrate your ability to manage and optimize inventory at the parts store.
Organized and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you interact daily with internal customers with an optimum sense of service.
Thanks to your rigor, your sense of organization, your reactivity, your availability and your dynamism, you are autonomous in your main missions and responsibilities:
– Creation of the article sheets,
– Management and registration of documents quality and technical articles (safety sheets, data sheets, certificates),
– Reception of the carriers,
– Control of deliveries (quantity, quality),
– Unloading trucks,
– Reception and storage of items in the store,
– Management, monitoring and updating of the stock (entries and exits of stocks),
– Update of the CMMS,
– Realization of stock inventories (rotating and annual inventories),
– Management of dormant stocks …
Graduated BAC + 2/3 (BTS, DUT or License) with a specialization in Logistics and Transportation Management, Logistic Operations Methods, Industrial Maintenance, you have a similar experience in technical spare parts management.
Ideally, you hold CACES 3 and you are comfortable using computer tools (Word, Excel) and a CMMS.
